Ketamine infusion therapy, integration, & psycho-therapeutic coaching: guided by psychiatric expertise.

Referrals and Collaborative Care

A referal is not required

At Refound Center, we do not require you to obtain a referral from your PCP or psychiatric provider to receive treatment with us. While we value working with outside providers, a psychiatric assessment is the start of all our patients' journeys, whether or not they are referred. The assessment appointment's purpose isn't simply about 'qualifying' you for treatment; it is foundational to your treatment.

Continuation of Care

Typically, those seeking ketamine treatments are currently seeing a provider (either a primary care provider or a psychiatric provider) as they are being prescribed psychiatric medication. Ideally, either through the referral process or by providing permission to reach out, we can establish communication with your provider, allowing us to provide them with updates, address concerns, and make ourselves available as a resource.

What if I don't have a mental health provider?

Some patients come to us while currently not under the care of a provider; most commonly due to being 'in between' providers or having given up on their mental health meds at some point despite not experiencing remission of their symptoms. Whether establishing ongoing care outside of Refound Center should be a part of the treatment plan will be explored based on the patient's diagnosis, history, symptoms, medications, and needs.

Why Refound?

We approach ketamine therapy from why you sought it out in the first place — as a mental health treatment, not a procedure. The medicine opens a door. What matters is what you do with what's on the other side, and you don't navigate that alone.

Integration is the process of turning what happens during your infusion into something that lasts — moving, as it's often described, from altered states to altered traits.

The infusion itself is one of three pillars of ketamine treatment; preparation and integration are what make that experience meaningful and durable rather than simply interesting.

Without integration, insights tend to fade back into the noise of daily life; with it, they become the foundation for real shifts in how you think, feel, and move through the world.

At Refound Center, integration is built into the program from the beginning — through psychotherapeutic coaching, creative expression, and the ongoing work we do together between infusions — because the medicine opens the door and integration is how you walk through it.

What makes Refound Center different?

Our Approach

What sets Refound Center apart is our whole program: how we work with the medicine and the supportive care we've built around it.

Our approach is grounded in a philosophy of patient empowerment and shaped by lived experience, so your treatment plan is never one-size-fits-all. It's created in partnership, so you'll find the plan reflects you, your needs, goals, and strengths, while also exploring what challenges have led to the detriment of your mental health - and supporting the work to grow through.
